Getting started
Up and running in four steps
Setting up requires no credit card and no payment details.

Create an account
At haven.mindoodb.com you choose a username and set the passwords for your user and your admin account.

Name your data area
You pick a name for your own data area (called a “tenant” in the system). Later you can add as many more as you like to keep things apart – personal work and collaboration with colleagues, for example.

Install Teacher's Desk
On the applications page you open the App Store and install Teacher's Desk. The setup wizard then walks you through school year, lesson times, subjects and your first class – or you start with demo data.

Set up syncing
You can try syncing between your devices on the preconfigured demo server. Its data is wiped regularly – for a permanent sync server just drop us a line and we will set one up for you.
As a school or staff team? Use the 5-user yearly package or individual Cloud licences – collaboration runs through tenants.
